Finding your balance through Reflexology

It’s a gentle yet powerful way to bring your body back into alignment by working with the nerve endings in your feet, which correspond to every organ and system in your body.

Using professional massage techniques, targeted pressure, and intuitive touch, Reflexology helps to release tension, improve circulation, and clear energetic or physical blockages. It’s like hitting the reset button on your nervous system — inviting the body to heal, harmonise, and function more freely.

I qualified as a Reflexologist in 2005, and over the years have taken additional training in Advanced Reflexology, including work with clients undergoing cancer treatment. Of all the holistic therapies I’ve experienced, Reflexology remains one of the most deeply relaxing and emotionally grounding treatments I’ve encountered. There’s a reason clients often describe it as “the only time I fully switch off.”
